Weekend breakfast on the water

I wish this was the view for every weekend breakfast. It may not happen every Sunday (and wouldn't be as special if it did) but it was perfect for a weekend away. Now to find a recipe for that fruit bread and the carrot marmalade...

A weekend in a wish list city: Stockholm

Day 1 meant a morning ferry, meanders around Gamla Stan and Kungstradgarden before lunch at Grillska Huset.

I love these crazy little planters; moulded on real fruit they mimic an avocado, pineapple, and orange. This idea could make amazing serving bowls, imagine them in white ceramic with a gold dipped  edge and interior.

Hair changes

 I'd been considering going shorter for a while and those Daria for Mango ads just tipped the scales into a book-the-cut-now moment. If only my half way to curly hair will cooperate into looking that perfectly tousled- here's hoping.
